So today in my search for parts for my Scion Xb. I called AutoAnything.com about Dc Sport headers for Scion. The customer service guy said that they went out of business and were bought out by Pilot Automotive.

Is it true?

 

yea.. Pilot Automotive owns DC Sports a well as DME..

it's been a few years now.. acquisition happened back in 2007..

 

Im tryin to fin a quality header for Scion and Im always referred to Dc sport headers. Are they discontinuing the line and all there parts?

 

Strup makes a great header, and actually, the ones on ebay for $50 are shockingly high quality.

 

How long has Strup been around? I havent heard anything about them

the strup founder used to be with DC/AEM. he broke off and started his own company. i have the strup header, and it's definitely high quality and gives a good pep to the box.
