Default Draining Fuel

Hi Everyone,
My 2005 xA has been sitting for about 5 years and I'm going to try to either get it running or sell it for scrap. It was running when we parked it, but dis have a bad CV Axle on the passenger side. We were gifted a newer car and parked the xA olin a spot to prevent neighbors from parking in our yard, so it did serve a specific purpose instead of being repaired and used as a backup car.

Going to do the regular emotions: New Oil, Pull Plugs and oil the cylinders, pull pump fuse, and crank a bit to break things free. Then drain the gas and put new fuel in and try to see if it runs. If that's a success I will do the remaining services and decide from there.

Before I begin, is there a drain plug in the xA tank or do I have to pull the seat and siphon gas through the fuel pump access???

I couldn't find any xAs but a few xB pump replacements in service write ups and YouTube videos. Any advice or guidance is greatly appreciated.
