Default Dry Shot of Nitrous

I am thinking of running a 30 shot of nitrous. I want to a single dry shot in the intake pipe. would this be safe? Would I need to do any other mods before this? Thanks guys.

theres not going to be a problem running a 30 shot but dont be using the NOS every day because your engine wont last.

We have a fella here using one of my Dry kits on his auto xB and we're having no problems...he's a bottle junkie, too. At first he ran through 2-3 bottles a week, now he's down to one ...

The fuel system is up to the task of running a small (17-35) shot of nitrous dry...Mike is running a 50 shot now for the last 2 months and having no problems, but for reliability I'd keep it under 35.

He's mounted the bottle on the trans hump behind the front seat so he can open up at any time! He cut 2.5 seconds off his 1/4 mile time with a 35 shot and the auto trans seems to handle the increase well. He loves bustin on Civics that think he's a typical xB

For more info on a nice set-up visit SuperFa.com and hit me up on the forums...I'd be happy to answer any questions!

HeHe...we just installed his kit like an hour before we went out that night. It was really just a shakedown night. 20hp pill to start, then next week we'll jet up to a 35...if the plugs still read good then we may try a 50. He's lovin it!

When I saw him pull up to the 280z I was worried...he didn't beat him, but was a half a car length down by the end of the race. And that's a nice car. The weak nuts 240 was later in the night when he had already run about 15 times (against tCs, Accords, ect.) and the bottle pressure was down. Also once he gets an intake (short ram) we can optimize his nozzel placement for a better spray pattern. The car still has a long way to go before it's a killer.

I wont speculate on his quarter times, but the car is very stout. His is a basic Ny-Trex Dry system without any fancy stuff. Best bang for the buck cost wise period!

ah yeah i had the chance to take a spin in the box with a dry shot. I must say I was pretty impressed with it. I think it can handle 50hp.
