I was looking at headers on ebay and found a couple for around $80-$100. I was a bit skeptical about them but my father said that all these companies that sell aftermarket parts have to produce them at certain specs. Has anyone bought a knock-off product like this? I have bought a set of knock off rims before and they were just as good as name brand so I would think you could find a knock off that was just as good as a name brand.

Like for instance, i have a YDR intake (Injen Clone) and I have had no probs what so ever and a lot of others will agree its just like the Injen intake for a fraction of the cost...

 

When dealing with engine components you often get what you pay for, it's your money however I strongly advise against it. Saving up for a nice part is always worth it.

 

i am sure they are close, but personally if i were expecting perormance gains, i would pay for a trusted name.. intakes on the other hand, i would go aftermarket and save $. if all you want it to be able to say " i got headers" and a little more noise in the exaust try em, they are cheap. if you dont like em, sell them on e-bay!

 

Grab either the Megan or OBX header off ebay... they're still reasonably priced and more trustworthy.

I have the megan headers and they're grrrrrrreat (insert tony the tiger joke here). They cost me 150 and I got'em on ebay
