going to be doing a mpg check when i goto a car show in ohio next weekend... so i'll let you know how that goes, btw i'm not going to change my driving style for this test either...

ok heres some test results from me
no claims of improved mpg
no improved proformance
so don't bother buying one...
gonna keep mine cause its fun too play with... (its the only thing that i can tune with all the time)

Let see no intake, no exahst non of that in Cali, carb legal or not they can still ticket you. I have been at one to many street racing busts to know the laws, but yet I always get the no front licence plate ticket, would you believe that. 4 times now 3 cars later, hope I wont in my box. but then again I wont be racing for money either. Well Unless it's batlle of the boxes.
street racing busts doesn't mean you know the laws , reading and the re-reading almost all cali carb laws and many , many parts of the cvc (california vehicular code) will prove to be a much better education than cops who don't know what they're writing tickets for and or how to correctly write them.
