which exhaust?
wat exhaust should i get? a cat back or an axle back? no exhaust is great without a loud sound, which one is the loudest? and if i do get a catback should i get a high flow catalitic converter too? after an exhaust should i get a CAI or heads?
Do some searchin buddy. Youll find lots. At the top of this forum theres an exhaust clip thread. Check it out, and see which exhaust you like best. JIC is the LOUDEST exhaust. But take note, loud doesnt necesarilly mean deep and cool sounding. Go to the exhaust clip thread and listen to the RS*R GT2 clips. Thats my fav. exhaust choice. Fairly loud, and DEEP. BTW, 99% of the xB exhausts are axle-back, and if you want cat, I would recommend buying an axleback and getting a muffler shop to turn it into a catback. After your exhaust, do intake(Injen or Fujita are best), and THEN headers. Hope this helped.
i think it also depends on the combination of header as well in addition to the exhaust
i have the strup axle back exhaust and header its really deep deeper than any of the vids i've seen in the exhaust thread but maybe thats just because i havent seen them in person. the video on the strup website sounded good but it didnt do this exhaust justice. its hard to gauge low frequency sounds in videos.

I just installed my HKS cat back today. Totally easy to do, 10 min max and the tone is nice. slight change in tone around 1-2k rpm, then it kicks in at 3-4. My headers and intake havent come in yet, but i'm sure it'll sound better once i hook em up.
