Default HELP! DC Sports or Strup V 2.0 Axle Back? Which one?

I am debating on either the Strup Version 2.0 or the DC Sports exhaust, both sound great, both are in my price range, can anyone tell me what their opinion would be?
Help soon, I need to get rid of my ridiculously loud exhaust I have now.

Thanks in advance!

Quality is awesome! Exhaust sound is even better. You probably will not see much or any hp gains without also having a intake and header.

I'd go Strup, but go read some reviews in the review section before you decide.

Default I have a DC Sports.

I wanted something that wasn't too loud, but where I could hear the engine instead of watching the tach all the time to know when to shift. (Stock is tooo quiet)

It has a deeper start-up note. ( I get looks all the time, I guess people don't expect it from a small car)

It has a real nice grumble just off idle.(so it stays quit ,but still gets the right kind of attention around town, not the police )

It lets you know its there when you stomp on it from a stop without sounding like its screaming for help like alot of ricers.

It starts to wash out at 55 to 60 so it doesn't get annoying on long trips.( you still know its there though)

And my favorite is when slowing down the motor fast using the clutch when braking you get a few pops. ( I think its cool because you only get that on really souped up racing motors, guess you could call it a souped up 1.5L )

My car is all stock and I'm looking forward to getting a header and intake, which I hear makes it alittle louder, but the sound is soo much better. I haven't heard a Sturup in person, but I think from what people say, it is alittle more aggressive sounding of the two. I was deciding between these two also, the DC was sold within a 100 mile radius from me, the Sturup wasn't. I called the place, they had one, I drove there , payed, left with it. Three and half hours total driving there and back 160 miles, and to install it. I think it is the perfect exhaust for what I wanted and glad I got it.( mileage went up 2.25MPG) If I would of had to order an exhaust I proubly just got what ever was cheeper at the time or whichever could of got here the fastest.(I like instant gradifacation)

Only drawback I found is that with the stock exhaust you pay attention to the car accelerating. With the DC you just go thru the gears listening for the exhaust note to rise, and it feels like you lost power, until you look at the speedo and your doing 60 in third gear in a 35MPH zone!!!!! Boy if i had a dime for every time i done that, I think my XB could pay for itself.

Or you can wait for me to finish up my cat-back system. I am shooting for a price of $400 for the whole thing once complete.

Look for my thread for sound clips and updates as I tweak it.

ive got the Strup exhaust & the header and love it

the strup exhaust is kinda loud, not raspy..but a deep loud ...mix it with the header and an intake and its got a very nice sound

it sounds like a beast under the hood....only its not lol

i am absolutely 100% happy though, i originally had the Borla exhaust and liked it too. I honestly dont think you can really go wrong with any of the exhausts...not all that different with the xB anyway...major brands are all going to be fairly consistant...but if you really want to notice a real difference get the IHE complete setup at some point.

I haven't heard the DC, but I have a V2 and it's proper

if you have never installed an exhaust read up, some people have a horrible time with bad luck trying to get it to line up right...i took a piece of cardboard and folded it over once and the thickness was perfect....wrapped it around the exhaust so it didnt move while doing the hangers
