Default Help..Overheating, replace just about everything..

Okay so I’ve worked on this car for the past month.

I have replaced the following:

-Water pump
-Thermostat
-Thermostat housing
-Thermostat gasket
-Coolant temp sensor
-Serpentine belts (2) ACC & Main
-Cooling fan
-Fan relay & fusses
-Inspected and tested all electrical
-Flushed and tested radiator for restrictions (internal & external)
-Flushed & tested heater core for restrictions (internal and external)
-Flushed and tested block for restrictions & hoses
-Idle air control valve(leaking coolant into intake) replace valve

I can not figure out what is going on. As of now I have a misfire in cylinder 3, coil packs are good (used meter)
Plugs are good and to specifications, fuel injectors and pump are operating properly.
The engine will start to over heat after about 3-4hrs of drive time.
When I inspected the engine I found:

A. Coolant in the intake
B. Low coolant levels
I found no coolant in the oil. I found no external leaks.

Is this a Head gasket problem? What do you think?

Coolant in the intake makes me think that it might either be a cracked head or the coolant lines going through the throttle body leaking. Any white smoke coming from the exhaust?

Have you pressure tested the cooling system yet?
