Horsepower increase on a xB, with a $1k limit. Suggestions??

two cars that i have owned, but ive been wrenching on cars since i was 5, my dad owned a 1980 camaro runing 12's with a nitrous/supercharger combo. We used to own a 1977 Pontiac Trans Am with a 400 ci v8 and 13, 000 original miles. Also a 2003 Mustang Cobra with 650 horsepwoer and 700 ft pounds of torque at the rear wheels. My uncle has a buick grand national runing high 9's. He also has a 1980 camaro with a 300 shot that spins the rollers on the dyno and runs low 12's off the juice with the nitrous set up. So my personal experience extends a lil farther than two cars. Im not just another 18 year old who owns a car therefore knows it all. I have very extensive knowledge about how cars work inside and out.

i got all of this parts installed one at a time except for the headers and crank pulley. each time i noticed a small difference. overall my current setup gives me a power setup.
on a note. i was chased by some idiots the other day. i got on the expressway and soon as i cleared the ramp i was doing 100 mph in no time. i left the car behind that was chasing me. (they wanted to jack me, first they came to my window then when i took off they followed me).
all of the products mentioned above have been FUJIZ tested FUJIZappproved.

If you want a super power grounding cables, you need HKS grounding cables...
