Becuase of the issue with the stock fog lights rubbing against the AEM Cold Air Intake. I Moved the Filter Element down on the pipe about an inch to allow it to clear the FOG LIGHT harness. It had been rubbing up against it previously and the plastic was shredding away like crazy on both the fog light harness and the filter element.

Will I suffer a decrease in performance now? i.e. Am i allowing less air to get to the engine?

The ride seems the same.

you shouldn't really feel a power loss, in fact the SPFR intake does that. :D

 

if this was installed at the dealer then i would take it to them and have them fix and replace all damaged parts.

 

The intake was installed at the dealer, the fog lights I intstalled.

I am going to call the dealer.
