It was a pain in the @$$ to get the maf wires to fit, in the end i had pull them around the ECU wires and take off some of the tape on the ECU wire bundle to get it to work and its still a bit of a fit

its not too bad but you can tell there is a loss, don't have a clue on gas mileage untill i put in a full tank, but i can get back to you.

I just had mine installed with the help of a friend, I did not notice any loss of low end power. After we installed it we let it idle for about 12 mintues to relearn the computer.

It does sound real good, took it out and from a stand still spun first gear followed by a good spin when I hit second gear.

also keep in mind most aftermaket parts that are power adders ar not going to add or keep your MPG they will lower it.

I have added at least 15 to 20 more horse power to the car.

Ok....Ive got the Injen SRI, with a Fireball Axleback Exhaust, and Iridium plugs.... So, Im alittle confused....ive added the same amount of horses...with the exception of the celica doohicky....and I do the same city/hwy driving.... Its Los Angeles..and the OC....
But Im not clear about why the Fujita is so low on the MPG....Im not trying to sound like an @ss on this post, really Im just befuddled about the performance of the Fujita.

yeah i don't know, the only thing i can think of is the ecu never relearnd after i took off the bat for an hour and then let it idle for 15 min. but other then that i was looking at the filter and its a wire mesh with a thin paper thing inside of that so maybe that has something to do with it.

My guess is that the injectors lowered the MPG, bigger injectors without tuning means more fuel because the computer still sends the same signals to the injector. Also, more efficient part = better mpg due to less ressistance, but it is when you get on it to notice the performace difference is when you see a drop in mpg
I got a solid 2 more mpg after I did my fugita cai

im waiting to get it all tuned when i drop in the blitz super charger, i realy dont mind the loss of mpg, cuz the extra bost of fuel is all ways fun when you slam on the gas.

i know i can only fit 3 pices of paper between it and the bat.

the SRIs are realy nice for our cars but not very well designed for fitment IE: the MAF wires, and the vibration thingy and the VAC placement.
