Hey all super new here and in need of help finding where this piece goes. I have a ‘05 xB and was working on my engine.

Looks like the oil dipstick guide. The large bracket is the top end and bolts to the engine block, just to the left of the intake manifold. Try holding the guide in place with the small bracket hanging down, toward the crankcase. You should be able to spot the guide hole (that goes into the crankcase,) along with the bolt hole for the lower bracket.
