I can't comment on the sound, as I don't have speakers available right now. Looks wise though, I really don't care for it. And I'd also bet dollars to donuts that you actually lost power with that exhaust. Especially on the low end. 2.5” is too large for a 1.5 liter four cylinder. That is even a bit of overkill for most forced induction applications.

Got my exhaust done today by the same place. I'm actually too ashamed to post videos or sound clips or anything, because in my opinion, it sounds like butt sauce. But it's because I didn't get a resonator. I knew from like the first second I drove off that I needed it, so I'm going back before the weekend to get the resonator put on, and hopefully it'll sound a lot better. Looks pretty nice though.

no i didnt loose any power in the low end but i also didnt gain that much down their either i got the exhaust so big because im planning on getting a turbo kit soon and i really didnt wanna go and get another exhaust after that. i wanted this to be the last one id have to get.

60 mph is nowhere near 1500 rpm, and is not even under 2000 rpm.
An automatic in 4th gear goes 23.5 mph per 1000 rpm.
At 2000 rpm, you are going 47 mph.
At 60 mph you are doing 2553 rpm.

it was 499 for the muffer exhaust system and highflow cat the cat was 170
so far the mpg is better believe it or not with the exhaust system

TRDXA06....
OKFINALLY I'm ready to jack ur set-up dude!!!
I am going to HPR hopefully this weekend to talk to Joe.

Question... I think you said u spent like $300 on ur carbon fiber muffler right?
How much does that muffler effect the sound of the whole thing?
Like what if I just stuck with my stock muffler and got the 2.5" high-flow cat with 2 small resonators??
Do you think it would sound the same?

I guess I am just tryin to avoid droppin like $300 on a muffler if I dont have to. But if stock isnt gonna cut it maybe there is something for more like $150?
