P0138 Bank 1 Sensor 2 O2 Sensor on 2006 xA..
So after 16 years I got the P0138 Bank 1 Sensor 2. Any idea/picture on where to find this bad boy, and suggestion on an good replacement.
I'm a average DIY type guy, so please go easy on me. I've searched online, but no mention for the xA.
Any help will be appreciated, Thanks for looking.

Hi, @cumonohito I had a similar problem with the O2 Sensor. My car is Scion xB 2004. I think that have a similar exhaust system like xA. In my case was added a 1.5" inch extension pipe to the sensor. Be careful when you start opening the sensor. Keep the electric wires turned until you will add the extension pipe. This extension is cheap under $10 with free shipping. The catalytic converter have 2 O2 (Oxygen sensors). Bank #1 and Bank #2. They calculate how much heat is generated on each side and transfers that heat to voltage (like 1.5 to 2 volts). If you not like to replace the catalytic converter then you may buy 2 extension pipes. for the front side (close to the engine) and the rear O2 close to the Muffler. I believe that Bank #1 is close to the engine and Bank #2 is close to the muffler.
A new catalytic converter cost about $50 (cheap on e-Bay), and to install is the labor like about $75 (if you find a local non-Toyota licensed mechanic).

The Bank 1 No. 2 Oxygen Sensor is located After the Catalytic Converter towards the muffler/resonator. The No. 1 Oxygen Sensor is in Front towards the Engine.
If you determine, the Oxygen No. 2 Sensor is faulty, as 2stroked suggested just replace it. Don't employ cheap fixes that you will regret.
I Do Not Recommend using inferior eBay Parts on my Vehicles. If you want Toyota Quality, I use Only Toyota OEM Parts. Costly, but well worth it.
