I just got my XB ( torch penny) about 2 weeks ago, The second day I had it I notice a Small chip in the Paint. I was wondering if anybody has had this problem. called the scion rep that sold me the car, He has been slacking and has not called me back.

 

dude, your best shot was to go back that second day with the chip, thats why they have left you hanging, and it worked. Now they will say its been 2 weeks, you did it. If you gripe enuff, they might do somethin. Depends on the cheapness of the general manager and service manager. Goodluck, sorry about chip.

 

LOL Mine had a touchup in the right 1/4 panle below the 1/4 window. They blended in a spot. Can't see it till the evening light , but, when you see it, it looks like an off color blotch about 4 inches by 3 inches. A small chip could have come from anywhere, during transport, on the way home from the dealer, who knows. As long as it is indeed a chip and not a place where the paint is falling off on its own you are ok, except for the bummer of having a chip in your new box
