5 bills shipped, rather close to most of the other "quality" headers as far as price goes...

umm looks very much like stock except for the thicker header flange and the non squished primaries while entering the collector.

does anyone sell the exhaust pipe that would connect the header to an axle back exhaust? or is the cat integrated intio that pipe? because headers and full exhaust system could be very benificial.

the direction say bb/ist.. So I'm assuming that it will fit xA also.

I tried to install this this evening, but found that the header is designed for a oxygen sensor inbetween the collector and the lower flange plate (seen on pic #2 on the right side).

The stock 02 sensors are after the exhaust manifold, so I'll be having to run into town tomorrow for a plug. NAPA has a oil drain plug with the same threads, this will enable me to use a regular 02 sensor gasket. I've heard of folks "altering" a spark plug to plug the hole (evidently the same thread pattern) in a removed 02 sensor, but I do not have a plug with that large of a pattern.

I have an old 02 sensor that I tried to cut the ends off to plug the hole, but found that the material inside the outter housing to be a little harder than the teeth on the saw'z all blades. So now I have a nice and smooth blade that's almost brand new.

Should have this completed by tomorrow now.

I have no idea.... this is the first time I've looked at the car from this side and have I done no searching for a complete system. If it were me, I'd take the car to an exhaust shop and have it built from the header to the muffler.

If you ever want to install an air/fuel ratio gauge, you have a place to put a dedicated 02 sensor.

That's not a bad idea...

I'll give that some thought... but in the mean time, I may punch a hole in the heat sheild in that place just incase I ever decide to do something like that... Much appreciated..

This header will NOT fit our xB's with it's stock piping (header to muffler secion). The flange plate on the TRD header is turned about 20 degrees, thus not allowing it align up properly with the flange plate on the piping.

If you want a simple bolt on, this will not be a header to look at. After school gets out for summer, I will pull the OEM manifold back off and mount everything back up, center punch the new spots/drill and tap the header to fit. In the mean time...
