is it possible to install a 6 speed tranny from a celica GT-S to XB or XA? TIA

this has been discussed many times...

you'll hear the same answers that the tranny is too long to fit.

 

I've found it hard to find info on transaxles for our cars.
Wraith got a six speed in his Echo, but they have different mounts.
If anyone finds a good swap, I'd like to know.
I think that we're best off making the most of what these cars came with.
