well, i spent the evening installing my new intake in the 10 degree cold. Came out really good. i love the look of this little guy, but i wont be able to really test it on the road till spring. Seems like a solid quality part. this "stage 2" aFe intake locks on top of the lower part of the airbox that my inlet feeds.

 

Nice job on the intake dmpsk8 where can I buy one and how much $$ do they cost.

I like that design as well, I bet the bBist vented hood would feed that thing nice as well..

Very nices pics. I was thinking about getting one of those, when I stumbled upon a good used Volant airbox setup cheap on ebay. After playing around with that, Im pretty happy. How good does the aem work. It looks like its well built and designed. How loud is it? Thx, Mike

 

Sorry about the alphabet juggling on the air filters name...they do tend to all kinda merge together after a while if your not paying attention...lol

 

its not too loud at all, but i havent got to road test it yet. car is away for salt ridden winter. pretty good part quality and i love the design
