Default to swap or not to swap that is the question

well i was trolling around ebay and found this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW
I was thinking that my finacial aid cash is comming soon so why not and i heard that this swap is relatively easy. the motor swap im workin on right now is a v8 from a thunder bird into a ford escort. IF this swap is successful then im thinkin that the 4efte into an xB is a cakewalk compared to a v8 into an escort swap. what do you guys think.

p.s. its not my escort project but my classmates and im helping him.
