I have never had a problem with city driving or stop-n-go driving. If you have such a problem with it, just sell it for a charger or something, that's get you off the line.

I have a I/H/E+midpipe and I have no issues, because I just do what I do.

i'm not trying to race or anything. just a little extra power that i was used to with my old Integras and Preludes

I had an '04. I started with the Borla axleback. It made a little difference but mostly in the upper RPM range. Then I bought an Injen short ram. Once again, little difference in the upper RPM range. Then I bought a header and yet again a little in the upper. My last power upgrade was a Perrin lightweight pulley. It made a difference I could really tell. The care was noticeably zippier through the RPMs which made it feel so much better and I could tell it was easier to merge and pull out into traffic.
