TRD Clutch
So, Ive hit a year in my box, and 22k mi and I have to say, the only issues I have stem from my TRD Clutch. Anyone else here have any issues? At 17k I had to have it replaced (under warranty) because it started making the most horrendous noise when not engaged. The symptoms started with slight vibration in the pedal and ended up with the noise and heavy turbulance in the pedal. Now, 5k mi later the "slight" vibration is back. The last clutch issue cost me 5 days of downtime, and I'd hate to repeat the scenario, anyone else here with issues? Is there a buliten on it? Anyone else have these issues (or am I just really bad at driving stick
).

I have over 49k miles on my OEM clutch and haven't had any problems. A few peeps here in the Nor*Cal area have over 55k and 60k miles.
From what I understand the TRD clutch is an OEM disc w/ upgraded springs.

The TRD clutch disc is made by Ferodo in England;
excellent quality. You have to put in a new stock
throwout bearing and resurface the flywheel and also
get a qualified tech to install it. Something went wrong
somewhere. Praise the warrantee.
