So, I was coming home tonight, from 1985, doing about 88mph
Pulled off the main drag onto my street and the idiot lights came on and said "Chick Engine" and "Hot" and I also lost oil pressure, Immediately I shut the car off and coasted home. got there, and saw, what appeared to be, some type of liquid all over the engine bay. I pulled out my flashlight (which upon typing that I think we should rename, because it doesn't really 'flash' light, its more of a solid beam) It was a very shiney, greenish black. smelled of oil and antifreeze, and was just streaming down the drivers side of the block.
Cliffnotes, my car just ated its head gasket!
The awesome part... I have a spare thanks to a missfire in shipping from my rebuild last winter

Yep, that is I...
Took it all apart last night, let everything drain, went to the basement and found my spare. this morning popped it on and bolted everything back down, changed oil and refilled antifreeze... she started just fine... *shrug*
now to hose her off and head to work

ZOMG Side Note! As I sit here, I am looking at a small puddle accumulate under the front end of my car. So either I didnt get the bottom hose on right, or I may have a bigger problem... Thankfully I have another head as well!
