That's the Team Scion West Green Machine..formerly know as the Green Box owned by Ryan aka "Green Bean" Abando. I beleive it's a Magnaflow dual exhaust.

My bad...If it's blue I think it's one of the guys from the Valley or one on the NorCal guys....

Here is a picture of Green Box dual exhaust. You might want to PM him or reach him at Cabe Toyota/Scion in Long Beach. He is a tech there and is also a great help if you have any questions in regards to the Scions.
This is a picture when we first met Ryan at the Long Beach Crewz Night - it's no longer going on since cops broke it all up..too much ricers and ghetto people acting stupid.
Anyways Ryan I believe is one of the first ever xB to get a dual exhaust system. This was taken early July when we just asked him to join our little car club - just Darrell and me back then.
I think there are some other folks running dual exhaust, I swore I saw one of the San Diego guys..I'll post more if I find some pictures..Hope this helps you.
