Default xB Auto to Manual conversion, parts needed?

What is the feasability and parts list required to do an auto to manual conversion? I'm not looking to use a transmission from a different model, parts will be sourced straight from a (most likely multiple) used salvage xB. The current auto transmission has reached end of life around 55k miles after a supercharger, engine overheat, and two turbos. I currently have a spare auto trans. on hand w/ 20k miles on it that will be going on in the interim.

Not looking for answers of "trade it for a manual", the vehicle has undergone unique structural mods that would be too costly to duplicate on another vehicle.

From the factory repair manual, the best I can see is that I will need:

Transmission Assembly
- Transmission
- Flywheel
- Ground cable

Shifter Assembly
- Shifter
- Floor console
- Shift and control cables

Clutch pedal
- Master cylinder
- Pedal support
- pedal
- clutch cable

Manual ECU

What I don't know if things like the transmission mounting brackets, drive axles, and harnesses are the same. I do know on the existing brake harness there is a spare connector for the clutch start switch, though the switch itself is not present. From what I can tell there is no wiring going to the manual transmission itself, do the auto connectors just get tucked away on manual models? I'm estimating around $1000-1500 for used parts, more if new is needed.

From other cars i know doing a auto to manual swap, the rad was also swapped or pluged because the tranny lines run to it you pretty much summed alot up.You will be losing alot of the auto tranny parts lines, wires etc.The ecu should plug right up along with the rest of the parts.

Radiator isn't an issue. Already switched out to a Mishimoto which doesn't have the trans cooler, running a stand-alone B&M.
