Default xB/xA TRD Supercharger?

I have heard some rumors about this Supercharger being built for our dinky 1.5 liter motors.

Can anyone confirm this, give me prices and specs (+40 hp) etc, any info you have would be great!

Probably not going to happen , blitz may become a dealer option , as it stands the most these motors can take daily is 7psi max , so about 140hp. Good luck with your, SEARCH

That is very lame, i have heard good things about the blitz supercharger, but i was really hoping to get 160hp out of my box with the stock motor, with some suspension mods it would be a fun car to drive.

The TRD Turbo kit will produce 151HP at the flywheel. That is about all you are going to get without killing the engine. If you wanted big power, either replace the engine or buy a differnt car.

The Blitz only tops the 1NZ-FE to 120hp to the wheels.

I'm gonna wait for the TRD super/turbocharger. I really don't want to void my warranty right away.

That's what I heard too.

But, surprisingly...the tC engine can take 28psi and 533whp according to TurboMag.

the motor is no a pos it just was not designed for these kinda mods and any mods that include sc or turbo will be conservative at best so the bottom end wont go bye bye
heck for 4k im shure you can replace the powerplant with someting more powerfull

That is not with stock internals , with stock internals it's about a 12psi threshold.

Most electrical s/c put out about 3-4 psi max . They only work for short spirited runs.

pssst! I'll let you in on a secret...
Economy engines usually aren't spec'd from the factory to handle massive amounts of boost. If you were lookin' for a fast vehicle, I don't know how you wound up with a xB.

Negative. Most people buy cars for looks , with the intent of making a great looking car into a fast/good driving car , people dont take hideous design flaw cars that are fast , most buy good looking cars and make them fast or , as I do , Do what you can with what you've got.

its common sense

if the car starts with 105 HP it isnt gonna be fast

now if the motor was built like the OBDI SR20DE then we have something to work with. otherwise. this is not a speed car.

and keep the language to a more adult like thing here.
