From what I have seen, he is done. He just needs to do some more testing, but Zach will answer.

Good to hear the kit is almost ready...cant wait to see how it turns out

no problems with the greddy kit yet, except the braided steel turbo oil line rubbing a hole in the ac line. But I've only had the turbo on for like 4k miles tho.

Figured you all might like to see what is going on..

Got the new downpipe on, looks killer! There is nothing like a beefy shiny pipe to liven up the underside of your xB! There is an area that I need cleaned up as it's a little close to the firewall for comfort but this is the first fitment of my design translated to the mandrel bend pipe from the rough layout so it was expected. I’m going to adjust it Friday just wanted to share!

I’m as ready to boost as all of you and can’t wait to see what this kit can do!
On the plus side which is a HUGE WIN the AEM FIC along with our plug and play harness setup are playing very nicely together coupled with the 550cc injectors and HKS SSQV I have slated for the kit…no hiccups, hesitation or stalling!!!

The more the merrier! With enough applications out there somebody will have to ****** you up for sure.

Yes, the way the turbo sits the stock pipe smacks into the housing...well not quite but it is too close to connect to the downpipe with any kind of a reasonable bend.. you would be amazed on how tight the space its to work with there seems to be a hose, pipe, mount and on and on everywhere I wanted to stick something! So the stock flange will need to be cut off and relocated a bit back then the two parts will mate back up. It is easy enough to do so I had to do a little give and take between what will make this simple to install without compromising function in any way.

How about a picture of the front mount?

As you can see the bumper bar is intact with no cutting needed!
This is truly a quick bolt on figure 5-10mins for the FMIC and it is rock solid. I have had it on for 4000+ miles while fitting parts and the bracket is solid, also there is plenty of room behind it to mount the tranny cooler for my automatic!
