Default Blitz SC AC clearance problems?

I finally had the time and the weather was awesome, so I started to install the Blitz Supercharger along with some other stuff today. I had gotten about halfway through when I found that the alternator will not clear the air conditioning lines!

The directions say that the AC lines have to be pushed around and tied down, but I do not think that the line up front can be moved enough. Further, It is metal and needs to be bent.
The AC line pictured in the directions is to the right rather than the left.

How and where did you route your AC lines with the Blitz SC?

Here are some pictures:

Thanks

You have to bend it by hand very gently and then zip tie just like they sad. I had to do it to my box.

in which direction did you bend it?
did you bend it a lot?
did you also bend the tubes on the compressor side?

thanks

Install your alternator and you will be able to figure out the best routing. I have it slightly adjusted under the alternator and zip tied in front of the compressor pulley to the windshield washer line. I will look for my old camera to take some pictures in the morning for you.

the problem is that the metal tube in the front prevents installation of the alternator, otherwise i would install everything then route it.i will take another look in the morning.
pictures would be great.

thanks again

When Titan Motorsports installed mine, they had a new ac line made. They said the original line would eventually rub and cause problems down the road.

i finally finished the installation today.
the front AC line would not clear the alternator on my car, so i disconnected it, taped both openings shut with gorilla tape, and tied it out of the way. i will have to get somebody to make a new connector soon.

the alternator has maybe 1/8" clearnace from the plastic behind the radiator and it does hit. hpefully, that can be solved by filling the engine mounts or getting a torque damper.

the power is not huge, but noticable. i should be able to get more power when i install a megasquirt at the end of the summer.

thanks for your feedback.
