Who from Greddy did you talk to? When I was wiring mine up for an '06, I asked about getting a second harness in. Call their California office, (949) 588-8300. They told me a year ago it would take over a month because it was coming from Japan. Maybe with the 1gen xB out of production now that's no longer the case?
Do you have the software to retune? With it coming from eBay who knows what fuel map is on it right now.

I called both Greddy locations and got the same answer from both of them. They do not sell the emanage blue harness by itself, why I do not know. But they did give me information about a plug and play for the blue. http://www.boomslang.us/emanage.htm The only problem is that it is $289!
The 06 ECU pinout had 19 pins moved from the 05 ECU version. Pretty much every signal wire in the harness so no, they are not compatible at all without rewiring the pigtail harness.
Here it is as I took it off Sorry if I don't explain what everything is.

Yup, I do have a complete spreadsheet of how the Greddy harness is supposed to wire into an 05 xB. I hate t-taps, they don't maintain a reliable connection and damage the OEM wiring in the process.

Here is the greddy harness end for it (the two connectors that plug into eManage)
use the electrical diageam found here to match those signals up with the 05 xB ECU.

For the ignition signal, you do NOT t-tap. You actually need to cut the wire, feed the ECU side to ignition in and the engine side to ignition out.
