What harness are you talking about? I have the emanage blue and can only find a plug and play harness for ultimate (Greddy Product Code: 15911507). Will this harness work for the blue as well?

I called greddy and got an answer to this. They do not sell a PnP harness for the emanage blue (it only comes with there kits, you cannot buy it separate). And the one for the emanage ultimate will NOT fit the blue.

Who from Greddy did you talk to? When I was wiring mine up for an '06, I asked about getting a second harness in. Call their California office, (949) 588-8300. They told me a year ago it would take over a month because it was coming from Japan. Maybe with the 1gen xB out of production now that's no longer the case?

Do you have the software to retune? With it coming from eBay who knows what fuel map is on it right now.

I called both Greddy locations and got the same answer from both of them. They do not sell the emanage blue harness by itself, why I do not know. But they did give me information about a plug and play for the blue. http://www.boomslang.us/emanage.htm The only problem is that it is $289!

Greddy's website says that the harness will work with 06+ xB's.

Out of curiosity, will this harness work on an 05 xA ECU with eManage Ultimate?

The 06 ECU pinout had 19 pins moved from the 05 ECU version. Pretty much every signal wire in the harness so no, they are not compatible at all without rewiring the pigtail harness.

so pretty much the only way is to hardwire it into the correct ecu points... or 285 dollars later for a boomslang harness?

That is what I did. T-tapped the entire blue harness into my 04/05 xB.

Yup, I do have a complete spreadsheet of how the Greddy harness is supposed to wire into an 05 xB. I hate t-taps, they don't maintain a reliable connection and damage the OEM wiring in the process.

Here is the greddy harness end for it (the two connectors that plug into eManage)
Greddy eManage Signal
A1 - purple w/ red - Injector signal #4
A2 - yellow w/ red - Injector signal #3
A3 - orange w/ red - Injector signal #2
A4 - blue w/ red - Injector signal #1
A5 - grey - Throttle position sensor
A6 - white - Airflow input
A7 - yellow - not used
A8 - no wire
A9 - black w/ red - Injector ground
A10 - no wire
A11 - no wire
A12 - green w/ red - not used - Injector channel B
A13 - white w/ red - not used - Injector channel A
A14 - red - Power
A15 - black - Ground
A16 - brown - RPM signal
A17 - green - Airflow output
A18 - no wire

B1 - blue w/ white - No 1 ignition signal in
B2 - orange w/ white - No 3 ignition signal in
B3 - purple w/ white - No 2 ignition signal in
B4 - no wire
B5 - no wire
B6 - blue w/ black - No 1 ignition signal out
B7 - orange w/ black - No 3 ignition signal out
B8 - yellow w/ white - No 4 ignition signal in
B9 - yellow w/ black - No 4 ignition signal out
B10 - purple w/ black - No 2 ignition signal out
B11 - no wire
B12 - no wire
use the electrical diageam found here to match those signals up with the 05 xB ECU.

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=138456

For the ignition signal, you do NOT t-tap. You actually need to cut the wire, feed the ECU side to ignition in and the engine side to ignition out.
