Default A few pics of Greddy turbo install

So this weekend I stopped by Car Nutz in Bellevue, WA to visit Joel, an xB owner that works there. I ended up spending the rest of the day Saturday there and a little time on Sunday, but in the end we (Joel, Sean 'anxb2nv', and myself) had a lot of fun pretending to know Japanese and installing a Greddy turbo kit on his RS2.0 xB.

As of right now:
-the turbo kit install is complete
-the car runs
-we have not tuned the car, nor do we have any feedback to provide about performance until it is tuned
But all in all we're very happy with how things went together. We learned a lot about where everything is on the 1nzfe motor.

Sorry some of the pictures are fuzzy...

Intercooler mounting

Heat wrapping

Exhaust manifold and turbo install

All done!

This is actually an older picture of Joel's xB, now he's rolling on some deep dish Axis 18's. This car has a nice stereo setup too, I'll have to get some pictures of that too.

More to come once the car goes to the dyno shop.

i've always liked greddy kits but that's me.

i hope this kit becomes carb approved but since it's been out for awhile and it isn't approved yet so it probably never will be.

screw all these companies not making theyre stuff carb approved !!!!

The kit came with a Greedy E-manage, its running with that for now. We've heard some problems with the setup, but we havn't encountered any yet. Its scheduled to go to the dyno shop late next week. I'll get some updates as soon as we have something.

So far we know that it spins the tires freely in wet a bit easier
