My install was super clean (though lackadaisical at ~9 hours ) aside from the belts stretching a little after breaking them in. But an easy fix. I've only had it in for about 70mi now, so I can't say about reliablity or anything.
The hardest part of the install for me was figuring out where to relocate the ECU and install the piggy back E-Manage. I wound up cutting a hole in the bottom of the glove box and wiring it all in there with some nice neoprene foam to protect it from bouncing around. Just not enough room to put it elsewhere with the swath of cabling they provide you with.
The gain isn't breathtaking, but it is nice. If you've got the money burning a hole in your pocket then go for it.
