I'm in the market for a Blitz S/C...or some other comparable F/I setup as well. Right off the bat, you should be good to go with the US retail Blitz Compressor kit. But sooner or later, you'll need a new clutch/pressure plate..and you might as well get a lightened fly wheel. Other things...injectors? LSD? :D

Well, I probably won't buy into F/I until I have at least 150% of the funds. That means I won't have it for a couple of months or so... Also, I'll be doing the installation myself. The Blitz setup seems pretty cut n' dry...

Mike, locally I got my Blitz SC from Titan Motorsports. They have a polishing service available also for all the alum. pieces that can be buffed out. Mine is in, but have to wait until first week of Jan. for install.

must wait, must wait, must...

I thought about getting mine polished but I powder coated the loose parts yellow to
match the car instead. My install has been delayed because my mechanic's wife
just had a baby and they are both a little tied up with that. I bought mine from

http://www.istoreparts.com/blitz-com...l-p-13283.html

They had the best price I could find.

ha ha ha . many. spec , act , exedy

then each brand has . oem , street , race. and the race come in 3 puck , 4 puck , 6 puck's. i'd go with a heavy duty pressure plate and a super street or stage 1. as long as it's spring loaded hub you'll be good. you aren't bracket racing.

You guys should look into the greddy sc kit, the plug n play pretuned emanage is a major plus that kit has over others right now.

^ ^ Agree'd.

Greddy s/c produces 130whp on manual trans and bbist has two left selling for under $3,000.

Also, you may want to wait because ZPI will be comming out with turbo kits probably before summer for the xb and from what i've been hearing. It will be much worth the wait.

I heard that the Blitz only gives you like 25% more hp. where as the Greddy gives you about 40% to 45%. i dont know which one will last longer though on my engine. but as for the look of it i like the way the blitz one looks over the greddy.

Both will last the same providing you prep the motor for boost.
