Default Ignition Control

Im going to to get my xb tuned next week, and I want to install 370cc injectors, and run 8psi.
I have been talking to the guy at the shop, and he wants to know If most xBs run this set up with igniton control or not, because he is worried about knock/detonation on stock ignition timing.
So do you run ignition control, if so, what one?

Meet Mr. F/IC (AEM's Fuel & Ignition Control) he is your xB's friend!

You can get an ignition harness...but that is where the emanage starts to fall off IMO as now you have to add parts to get it to the FIC level and the next cool thing would be to tune off MAP but that is another add-on for the emanage. The only time I'll recommend the emanage is if that is what your trusted tuner knows and there is not another shop around then by all means go with what you can get help with!

Cool, let us know how your tuner likes the FIC, btw they sit on the shelves in the warehouses for a bit so you may want to have they flash it to the latest software level they can download it for free from AEM's website in the FIC forum.
