i will get a diff banjo fitting so the oil line doesnt stick up like that.
Attachment 116464 turbo and DP are kinda close to brake, so i ghetto fabbed a heat shield till i make a carbon one.

Attachment 116468 and just showing off my guage :P

so, im running 5.5-6psi open wastegate. she's pretty stealth until the wastegate opens, then people look over at me  wtf was that?! lol its awesome. becuase the pipping and the turbo, and the stock air filter, from a dig she doesnt spool till 3700 or so, but any other gear will spool pretty quick. im running afr's of 10.6-11 or so, but my only tuning device is a camcon at the moment, so it fluctuates a lil. 6psi feels amazing tho, she pulls very hard. my friend will be going to a dyno with his srt ina month or so, and i plan to go with him that day so i can have my car dyno'd. but it feels like it pulls harder than my 35 shot did and i ran a 16.1 1/4 with that shot lol.

Love it! Awesome thinking

Cinderblock 07-22-2009 07:39 AM

so ya, at night when it cools the down, shes a beast, the tires will slip or hop a tiny bit when she hits boost in first, and it i go through a dip with water and the tires are wet at all when i hit boost, forget about traction till it shifts into second, i just let off cuz all the wheel hop lol.

scikotictc232 07-22-2009 08:13 AM

you could get one of these intercoolers that will work out better. it will boost faster too. http://www.cxracing.com/mm5/merchant...ry_Code=IC35IN

i'm liking the oil cooler in the upper grill area alot

vettereddie 07-22-2009 04:24 PM

I'm using the Dezod / 365 Motorwerks I/C, works great, mounts mid-grill, oil cooler in lower. 365 could probably get one cheap w/ piping to the throttle and around the batery.

Cinderblock 07-22-2009 06:24 PM

great place for the air filter!!!

burstaneurysm 07-30-2009 09:04 PM

I would've gotten a cheap ebay header and used that... the stock one is so outrageously restrictive.

changchewsoon 08-03-2009 04:21 AM

wow, your turbo kit is really sick. its really nice to know there are other boosted 1NZ-FEs on the other side of the world.

SuperMario6582 08-03-2009 05:29 AM

got a ride in this last friday night and its fast. great job on the build man.

Cinderblock 08-05-2009 08:17 PM

thanks mario. lol the stock header is restrictive for na, and becuase the tiny flange on the end, look at the way is now, it flows alot.

Cinderblock 08-05-2009 08:18 PM

oh ya! on 5psi with a 2 1/4 inch exhuast with stock cat, i ran a 10.5 in the 1/8th mile.

Attachment 100163
slight changes and blacked out piping.
Attachment 100164
new exhuast

Goblin 01-25-2010 04:57 AM

That is a ton of piping. I woudl have went with a Ic that had the inlet and outlet on the same side. All the same good work. I love bleach BTW!

Murphys_Law 01-25-2010 05:05 AM

love a boosted box, good looking ride i dig the lip kit

Dethbox 01-27-2010 08:19 AM

I heard this thing with the new exhaust and it is beefy sounding

Kuriboh 01-27-2010 10:16 AM
