Default New 320cc injectors on the way.

I just ordered some larger injectors. They are 320cc where as the stock are only 200cc about 60% over stock. I will be able to dial down the flow at idle with my Cam-Con. I may get a Perfect Power SMT-6 piggy back fuel management computer to control the injectors a little more precicely. I also ordered the two factory engine belts from Power Enterprise.

I need the stupid fuel system components (fuel regulator and crap) from PE...

I am still waiting on the 410cc injectors from PE. They are so damn slow waiting for parts from Japan.

Default mpg

I got 28mpg on my last trip up to the mountain place. That was before the hi-flow cat and Cam-Con. Now injectors and piggyback fuel systm oh my.

Helps that I live 6/10th of a mile from work.

Hey Stylis where ya been. Thanks for the exhaust help. My hi-flow cat bumped me up 17hp along with the Cam-Con.

Oh I'm Dave too.

Dave, I got some 360cc(I think) injectors for about half the price of the Toyota 2ZZ ones. The only problem, the head needs to be machined a tad. Maybe I'll have to pick up the 2ZZ ones and try those also. I know they work because I know two other peeps running them w/ no problems.

Default 320cc

Half the price of $147 shipped? You have to know where to look. The guy I got them from has been doing injectors for a long time. He flows and matches them. Great to deal with. Here is his number 1-866-577-3835 tell him Dave from NC sent you. He is in Kansas.

As far as 2ZZ injectors there are three sizes the smallest 220cc are yellow and the gray 320cc like the ones I got. Head over to the NewCelica.org forum. Learned a ton on injectors and piggyback fuel systems.

All of these injectors are interchangable. The highest flow comes from the RAV4. This was posted from a Toyota tech on the NewCelica.org forum.

Celica (00-02) - 2.7-3.3 cu in. per 15 sec
N/A Supra(93-98 )- 3.7-4.5 cu in. per 15 sec
MR2 Turbo- 5.8-7.3 cu in per 15 sec
Turbo Supra(93-98 ) 7.1- 8.4 cu in per 15 sec
Solara V6- 3.4-4.5cu in per 15 sec
Rav4 (01-current) 3.6-4.5 cu in per 15 sec

Yeah, they were about $75 a piece. I was given the hook up for them. Man, I wish I was on the east coast right now.

I keep telling Omar and Dave that. Then I can pick Stuart's, Vito's and your brains for a while and throw some 411 back and forth.

I can get Toyota OEM for 40 back of retail.

Dave,

Thanks for that info. I didn't know about the Rav4 injectors, just about the gray 2ZZ ones.

I guess it should be noted that all of this talk for injectors are for those running FI.
