Cool man. I remember seeing that box in Indiana. The MB weapon wheels look good on it. Wish more people boosted these things, they are fun to drive.

Emanage blue does just fine on that car too. We are doing another crazy xB build at the shop now, with a gt28rs turbo haha.

Have you test fit this in-car yet? I have a bottom-mount setup as well going in and it's pretty tight. If so, I'd like to see a close-up on how the wastegate actuator is mounted. I'm having some clearance issues on mine. I'm running a Garrett GT2252 housing.

Yep this setup actually was from a friend of mines xb1 so everything fits and clears no problems

Thank you for pic 4. I may try to run it straight across as well. I'm still worried though about the pressurized side of the intake turbo being too close to the manifold. Did you notice any heat damage on the silicone couplers?

Are you going to run stock internals? I'm looking to turbo my Xa, but I'm not sure how much boost is safe to run with the stock bottom end.

This build is looking good!

Yep stock internals, as we will not be pushing over 9psi. We had a member in our club run this exact setup on his stock internals and 9psi for over 30k miles with zero issues.

Clutch should be here Monday, so more progress when it arrives!

Yes I actually did notice that, I am going to try the heat wrap and see if that helps

Looks Good! Looks like the TSI kit... I would be sure to either use some JB Weld on your return fitting or use a nice bulkhead fitting with an oring.. Its going to leak over time and the wall thickness where its mounted isnt thick enough to tap and get any useable threads. Badass though!!!
