i looked long and hard but couldnt find it but which s/c has the loudest whine - oppinions accepted!!!

 

yea i would like to know the same and does anyone have any sound clips or vids of there s/c whining up?

 

The Greedy only whines at WOT but sounds pretty nice!

It should whine anytime it's pushing boost. It's a side effect of the rotors into the blower making air pulses. The faster it spins the louder it will be. Also the length of the rotors has an effect on the pitch. A larger blower will sound deeper. An m45 *such as these kits use* should be very audiable when pushing boost.

 

My Blitz is very loud. I have no good way to get a sound clip. My friends say that they can
hear it over my cell phone and they know when I'm on boost. The increased air flow
also makes my intake wistle very loud. I thought it was the belt slipping it was so loud.

 

everyone can hear my car over my cell phone cuzz of my loud exhaust which is even more louder from da headers maybe i should keep my silencer on haha.........well if someone could make a vid/sound clip of there S/C it would b very helpful

So bascially the determining factor for what supercharger you "buy" is what sounds the loudest? Wouldn't a better question be which one works the best or gives you the best bang for the buck?

 

no we just wanna know what it sounds like.......i would also like to appologize for not being able to get the sound clip or vid for the fact that i had things i had to get done and could not make it to the meet at the varsity
