damn. you can run a little boost with plastic but they tend to crack open. my cars have aluminum stock but the sheet metal is used for 30+psi motors with huge port and polish jobs

I think I would $hit myself if somone ran 30psi on one of our 1.5's or 2.4's... I know there a people running 14+ psi on the tC's with out problems on the plastic manifolds.

dont know if you guys have seen this or if this is one of you or used to be one of us but here.

http://www.dragtimes.com/Scion-xB-Timeslip-8488.html

thats at 15, its the fastest xb ive ever heard of that an actual xb still. Also here is a echo on a t3 at 15psi. I dont know why all of us are so scared to hammer on these engines a bit, echos have gotten 10's why not us?

fwiw, monster motorworks tried to create a sheetmetal intake, which turned out to have performance deficits in the long run.

i wonder how the sheetmetal intake manifold that monster motorworks made would have performed on an F/I Xa/Xb maybe da hp numbers would have been better then the NA setup

I tried to buy the one they made , but they either didnt have it anymore or didnt want to sell it to me.. They said to just leave my car with them and they could fab one for me.. I really wanted to see what that would have done with my setup.

to bad you couldnt get the one they made cuzz i would also like to see how things would of turned out with your setup.......MMW let Billy borrow da sheet metal manifold or better yet let him have it for the bennifit of the Scion community who knows it may work wonders for da F/I setup then you could produce em for da F/I setup
