Default Torn between Greddy...

So being that the Greddy Turbo kit and SC kit are availible right now, I dont know what I want to do.

Didnt I read that greddy gave up on the turbo kit because of issues with it?
Can someone give me some more info on what parts actually come with it? Ive read that it comes with injectors, turbo piping and E Manage. No BOV? Id need an intercooler....

I guess what Im looking for are reasons to convince me to go with one or the other.

Listing pros and cons would help alot.

Thanks.

i'm in the same boat. lol. i kinda want the turbo for the price but the s/c looks better , is apparently 100% plug n play , and needs no aftermarket intercooler. and with my header / intake/full exhaust i can have as much power as the turbo. maybe not in the long run . but i dunno from my second hand experiences these motors love superchargers. turbo's not as much.

I have the SC noproblems yet and like rocket said very easy to install!!! Plug and play... No tunning what so ever... it was just like installing a cold air intake.. the car started right up after the install.. I like turbos but the way the pipng looks it doesnt look to pleasing to the eye in car shows.. if they had made the tubes bend around and not over the vavle cover it would look way more cleaner..

But Greddy wouldnt sell any of these kits of it wasnt proven to work..

As for the turbo on what it comes with I just emailed Mike at greddy and waiting for an answer from him..

hey marshall- thanks for sending them an email. If you can let me know his reply, I would appreciate it.

The piping is not an issue for me. I dont show my car and I would change it anyway to accomodate an IC.

I called Greddy's East coast office asking about performance #'s for the SC and the guy would hardly answer the question. He was too busy trying to talk me into a turbo.

Oh get the turbo! its cheaper! its got more power! blah blah blah...

I wasn't impressed.

Anyway, i'm in the same boat. I like the look of the SC, but it is a grand more....

:sigh: decisions decisions....

Somebody PLEASE, drop some info here!

Do both kits come with the same size injectors? Do both kits come with the preprogrammed e-Manage?

Default So which kit provides the most power

I am also looking at getting the Greddy S/C which claims to give the ickle car 129bhp - however the Power Enterprise S/C claims 147bhp, can anyone confirm these claims, also which kit they would trust/perfer easier to install..... ?????

So has anyone ever gotten any information about the Greddy Turbo kit? On their site is lists it as now having the FMIC and e-manage included. Unfortunately it only lists Manual Transmission. So does anyone have the scoop on this? Is the e-manage plug and play just like the s/c? Or does it still need to be tuned? Does the turbo kit really only work on MT cars? Or is it that they have only test fit it on MT cars?
