Default VP Racing Fuel

Just curious if anyone has been running this stuff in a boosted box? I just noticed the other day that what was once an Exxon here in central CA along the 99 now sells VP Racing fuel. I haven't stopped in yet to see what octane they sell in their pumps. But if I am not mistaken they make a 100, 101, and 103 octane street legal fuel.

Anyone else have a local station that sell VP? If so, what octane do they carry?

The only drawback to the "local" one is that it isn't even located in a town. It is on my commute to work. Half way between Fresno and Visalia. If they had a station in town I think it would be cool to pull up to a station and pump in "racing" gas. Could prove very advantageous for people who have stand alones and piggy backs that can "dual tune" like e-manage ultimate.

We have a handful of 76 gas stations around here that sell race gass. Its pretty expensive so we only use it to do test runs on the Noble or something. Im sure it will do pretty good with the xb if we want to up the boost a little. Im not sure how much it would help with the pressure on the internals though. What I am going to do is install water/meth injection.

I don't see any advantage to running race fuel, unless you have some masive mods.
