def not a two hour install... we had it up on a lift also.. be had to take apart most of the engine... getting to all the tight places for the tranny bolts took time... also, pondering how to remove the tranny without removing the subframe wasted time... but mostly his step son who is 30 kept bugging him for beer, and we was getting mad, so i calmly told his step son he would have to step outside briefly so he could calm down, or else i would have to slam him... haha jk im a nice person... but damn the install took soo long, and i didnt resurface the flywheel like the directions said, cuz we were limited on time, so i hope that doesnt mess with anything...

billy was your clamp to hold in the bov hard as a mother to install? it took me and two other dudes to hold down the piece of piping, another to hold the clip pinched, and me with a screwdriver to pop the clamp in... im happy all and all , i just hope i dont have problems with the flywheel....

billy ill take pix for ya too tomorrow, sorry man, i forgot... ill post those up on here...

Billy, You and Peter are making me jelous man,. I guess I'm gonna have to sell some stuff in order to get enuf Dead presidents to get the turbo installed, I've been on a pretty tight budget since I've had to take over finances for my dad but all should be well soon as he's doing better these days and is back home now.
And yes you are correct ZPI will customizzzzze anything for ya. That's all I'm gonna say for now lol.

Glad to hear you got the clutch installed. I will be in NC on wed. I am not sure how close this is to you but I can tune the car if it is.

The bullet cover on the BOv comes off. This will make the snap ring a lot easier.

Umm well I'm the one who put the clutch and flywheel in. It took two hours sorry to let you guys down it's pretty easy as long as you know what you're doing. The worst part of the install was trying to get that little plastic piece out, there is no way for it to come out unless you melt it or like I did use an exacto knife that's been heated. And the person who helped me builds and tunes dragsters, he's a pretty fast wrench.

you shoulda helped me with mine then.. haha my guy was pretty slow, kept drinking and arguing and such..

UPDATES: put a stiffer spring in my wastegate today, and pumped the psi from a modest 6 psi to a neck snapping 9 psi.. seriously this car is efffinngggg fasttttttttt...!!!

im still waiting the breakin period out to really hammer the car, and i have to hook the electrical for my gauges tomorrow, so i can cross reference with kenny and what my wideband tells me for air/fuel numbers... everything runs like stock though, except for when you hit boost and your car turns into a beast... haha

ZPI IS THE ONLY PLACE i would ever go for any of my forced induction or engine part needs.. thx kenny and sean...

Any better completed pics of the engine bay of this kit? I saw the pics on the ZPI site, and I'd like to get a better look at the engine bay. I'm interested in the kit, but not sure what route I'm going yet (show or some show and GO).

ok this is for billy and anyone else who wants to see what the engine bay looks like..

it looks stock which i like and i dont like.. if i ever get pulled over, and they look into my engine bay, theyll never know im turbo'd... but at shows, it would be nice to have some piping around the engine cover... but oh well, the car is fasttttter than any greddy kit or pe s/c

and this is a pic of the actual kit that is mounted under the car.. ill have to clean up that leave... but note how the piping is dry... i just got home from driving the car all day in the pouring rain, and all that piping and the turbo is dry.. the engine did not seize nor bog, nor suck in water... i was a little weary about driving the car today in the rain, but i am soo confident in this kit now, and will continue to drive it for the rest of its life, or until i go bankrupt...

let em know what you think, i want to get colored oil line hoses, along with colored vacum lines, and hopefully killerglass will come through with a piece that i can light up and spice up my engine bay a little more... but you get the idea, ill take better pix when it is dry and daytime
