10" sub enclosure by Scosche installed **PIX** Added
dollar for dollar pioneers will kick any ones ****. especially if you go with their premeir line.
I personal have a infinity perfect 10" in my civ hatch.....just one ina box that only uses .6 cubic ft. and people think i have a pair of 12's. The Infinity perfects...are well, perfect. my 10 is rated at 18hz at 93 db. can your sub do that?

Well, I've made up my mind on the 10w1v2, now I just have to decide on a box . . . underseat box or storage area box. Seems to me that the underseat boxes would be a bit too small for the 10w1v2.
I'll be powering it with one of my old Philips amps rated at 250 RMS at 2ohms. I was going through some boxes in the garage the other day and ran across a bunch of cool old equipment from when I was "sponsored" by Philips back about 8 years ago or so.

ok.....is that 250x1 at 2 ohms or 4 ohms?
if it's at 2 ohms, then you'll have to either get a different amp, or get 2 4ohm subs.....if it's at 4 ohms, then you can run a single 4 ohm sub off it.....

BTW, I just got off the phone with Crutchfield and Scosche. They no longer offer the box without the woofer. The Scosche tech said that customers were having trouble finding subs that would work with the box's shallow mounting depth. He said that the mounting depth was just over 4 inches.

If it was specifically a mono amp(designed as a single channel) then the load would be 4ohm.
