Will te 2010 Alpine H/U fit the 06 Scion xb like the 09 premium unit did ?

it looks awesome, i wish there was a pic of the back of it...the thing about the 09 premium HU is, it is still pioneer just like the gen1 xb's were so it was just plug and play.

with that one being alpine, i could not even begin to tell you. chances are, it wont. but i have been wrong before so without getting a definite answer that it will work, or without getting a promise that if it dont work you could return it i wouldnt get it unless you like doing some heavy modding to make it work.

 

I wish I knew because what the 09 premium radio lacked, this one has.
Since the 09 premium works on the gen 1 xb I dont see how the 10 would not

the 08 premium can be found on ebay for much cheaper now and I'm looking for stock like functionality which this one will offer

i think you might have some good news, it looks like it has most of the same plugs, just in different places.

the new alpine one



the stock like 05 or so



and the 08 premium which is proven to work in the gen1




if you remember, the RS3 came with an alpine headunit, maybe its plug and play, it looks like it really might be, if it is, im definitely getting it.

 

it looks to me though that it has a different type of ipod plug. but as far as the main plugs that you need to power it and get sound are there. i say go for it and definitely let us know if it works so we can upgrade to touch screen.
