Does anyone know if anyone makes a 2 DIN LCD display that has DVD, navigation, plays MP3, and displays RDS?

 

kenwood make a double din unit?? if they do, it mostlikely has everything u want.

 

I've wanted this kenwood for a while... it has the screen flush to the dash rather than a "flip out" style monitor... tre' cool

 

Yeah, the Kenwood DDX. I chose the Eclipse AVN2454 because it was less "flashy" looking, but it doesn't display RDS. It does everything else though.

 

actually the ddx doesnt have nav built in, it's a 1500 dollar add on.
i just ordered mine anyway, gonna get the surround decoder later , maybe

 

The DDX looks nice but there doesn't seem to be a good steering wheel remote. I've found two kenwood remotes, but they seem to be from the UK/europe and there are conflicting reports on whether they have handle more
advanced commands like navigating MP3 folders.

personally i dont care too much for the steering wheel remotes.
most of them are infrared, and wont work without a clear shot tpo the h/u anyway.
If i can find one for my kenwood i'll be mounting it to my shifter.
