Default Alpine Radio Install

My friend installed an An alpine radio in my Xb with one of the Toyota install kits I'm not sure for which model it is, It looks really nice the only thing is now when I'm driving the faster I go the more air I feel coming from the side vent next to the radio. I sure the fan **** is turned all the way off. Can anyone tell me how to fix that. I'm not to crazy about having air in my face everytime I take off from a stand still.

is there a *** somewere that allows you to switch between recirulating and straight through air....recirculating shoots out more air I think or vice versa......maybe by turning that *** it will cut off the air blowing out....i dunno i could be totally off

Thanks for the reply your right dinkjs before the install I always had the **** set to recirculating air I went to check the **** and this time it was set to straight through air. I set it back. Hopefully that was it I'll see in the morning when I got to work.
