I bought some from ebay, and they aren't too bad. I don't use them a whole lot, usually just when I'm at shows. I did use them last friday because I got off work late and wanted to meet my NOVA SE crew at the theatre. I got there late so watched Elektra while I waited. It's fairly simple to install. You DO have to drill a hole in the A-Pillar to run the wire.

I sell them too...

I really dislike the pre-made universal sun visors that come built in with a screen. So I did a pretty custom install in mine. Check the above link for pics of the install.

sometime this winter I'll probably get some fabric and wrap the sunvisors. Figure it's easier than cutting up the stock ones. Another nice thing about the pre-made ones is that you can paint them.

You sell them too? How much for a set wrapped in some fabric that I send you?

I sell them, yes

A couple hundred dollars depending on what you want. It took me probably 20 hours to complete my visors.

your walk thru is okay but the final product is kinda janky...take it as a constructive criticism

How could I improve the janky final product?

thanks for not taking offense...either get it wrapped professionally or go with fiberglass and gelcoat. oh and why the cutting of the back panel, sun visor shroud came with it

Ok but what do you mean by professional wrapping? Stitching the sides?

I could have glassed it smooth but I did not want to. I wanted it to match the rest of my interior and so I used the same fabric used in my seat inserts and door panel inserts.

it doesn't have to be stitched. if you look at yours there's bunching on the edges as well as the outer walls of the screen...maybe if you had used a more workable material results would've been different that and the shroud would've covered the screen part

Shroud covered the screen part?

I'm not using any shroud.

Anyways I've very pleased with the results and I consider it very professional. A friend was showing me a visor install that he paid a shop $400 to do. They installed a visor on only one side. They had the big ugly wide shroud placed over the stock fabric, they had the wire for the screen run on the outside of the visor "pole". And the screen stuck out and was not flush.

This isn't too bad for a first try:

^^^would you pay $1100 for that cuz that's what he's charging and yes i could do a lot better check my diy speaker enclosure and the degree of difficulty is way harder than a screen visor

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...763&highlight=

besides if you read the previous post...you'll know how easy the install is if you just follow directions(install manual). that's why i said "my opinion" maybe you have a different point of view and i respect that but don't come out swingin
