Anyone change the front seats out? Lexus seats maybe? VIP?
I want to buy some used late model sweet cush super comfortable high-end seats out of a Lexus or any car really that has these style seats....it's just a matter of fitting the dimensions and retrofitting the tracks - it would be some work....but think of the benefit!!
I am taking a VIP cruiser comfort wagon approach - the opposite tack of the young buck's super stiff low riding rubber band tire thang.....
Stock Scion seats aint so comfortable...and I already put those washers and long bolts in the front of the seats AND put memory foam on the bottom seat AND then put the best quality charcoal colored sheepskins over the seats....much much better, but the best Lexus seats and that would be heaven!!!
Anyone ever done this? Or even super stylin' racing seats that required retrofitting? custom brackets, etc.?

is 300 seats are only a bit wider, so they should fit, plus the suede leather is some of the best seat covering I have ever seen. If you were try try any seat this would be it, or for a higher backed seat how about the four runner. I have not got in one in a little while but I drove one up to wilmington a year ago and it was very comfy, and I think it was buckets, not sure about the center console and if was attached to the seat or not? but it is a narrow style seat. our new IS 350 has that shiny leather , and is probably too wide, but it is sorta like sitting in a recliner once you lower the back rest...

also I think the is 300 seats are only either tan or black, I dont remember seeing a gray color, but lexus did have a grey wood grain kit that looks way smooth, and I am sure some one makes the same color kit for the xB. just a second thought.

Saicow, I'm with you on the seats (and the comfort wagon!). But before I shell out for seats, I'm going to try the home remedies. Did you use a lumbar support as well, or just the seat bottom? Where did you find the sheepskin covers?
