Default Anyone fit a 10.4" or larger monitor in their xB?

I can get a good deal on a 10.4 touchscreen vga monitor but am hesitant due to the size. The stock opening on the dash is about 8.25" W x 4.5" H and the screen dimensions of the screen i'm looking at is 8.31" W x 6.24" H. The width is fine but the height is almost 2 inches more than the opening.

that means it doesn't fit, who would have guessed? you can cut it and fiberglass a new one.

Wow, perceptive... I know it doesn't fit, I was asking if anyone had done it.

try looking into a company called accelvision, they have excellent monitors, similar to Alpine, but half the price.
