From what I understand, a Pioneer XM receiver needs to be mounted, and you also need an XM Antenna.

I had a pioneer XM system hooked up in my old car, a VW passat.

since I already have the gear, i'm also planning on hooking up my aftermarket XM to the stock stereo. I'm sure it wont be a problem as long as the tuner box you have is made by pioneer.

all you need is the XM tuner box that goes in your trunk and mounts similar to a CD changer. You'll also need an XM antenna, however, this is not brand specific... like you dont need to buy a 'pioneer' antenna, I had one made by Terk.

I know terk makes a wicked glass mounted antenna which would look real nice on the xB. Check www.xmradio.com and click products and that should help you out.

by buying aftermarket, you'll also be saving yourself a few hundred dollars.

I used to work at XM, so if you have any more questions, feel free to PM me.
