Default Anyone put an XBox in your XB?

Has anyone put an Xbox or PS2 console in your XB? If so, what kind of steps were involved?

Thanks.

hey, the dealership out here did one, an XBox in an xB. It was for a local video gaming tournament. They had Halo2 graphics all over the outside of the car too. They had two 5" headrest DVDs and a drop-down 10". The installation was really clean, no exposed wiring. The inverter fit inside the body in the side cargo compartment where you open the panel to get to the taillight bulbs. When someone wasn't playing, the XBox and the controllers and all the cables fit perfectly inside the underdeck cargo storage area and the jack plugs were mounted right to the side of that "foam" cargo box. So you could easily unplug the box to take it into the house, or stash it in the under-deck storage and it would be completely invisible to anyone *peeking* into the car when it was parked.
There's pictures of it somewhere, will try to find them.

I put it in mine for a lil while then switched up to PS2 cause it runs more efficiently...You need a video amplifier in order for an XBOX to work at full potential...costs about $25 for a decent one on ebay. Now i got rid of the ps2 for a PSP and am gonna put the XBOX back into the xB. I bought a 7 input/1 output Pyle video amp but you probly wont need that much...Im running 6 monitors so I needed it w/out splicing, most people only need a 4 output one.

Looks Killer! Did you do most of the installation yourself or at a shop? I'm not exactly a handyman, so I'm trying to figure out how feasible it is to do this. Also, if you don't mind answering, how much did it cost you?

Default x box in the car

I put one in my back seat in the middle of the seat!
not too hard to do but time consuming
1) take out back seat
2) cut out the foam
3) hook it to the tv's
will try to post some pics soon

I had my friend that does all our dealer installed stuff do it for me...Its not that hard, just a lil time consuming. You can get a set of headrest tvs for like $300 for 2...they are cheap as hell now...check out ebay

300 bucks? Really? thanks. I'll be sure to check it out. the last ones i saw were about 1200 for the pair.

I pretty much live out of my car, so I figure I might as well be entertained. You use your system much?
