Anyone recommend a specific HID kit for the Scion Tc!!!???

I am looking to see which one I should get? Which one can you guys recommend? The brightest one with a price range of around 350.

None. They are illegal for a reason. If you want HID, do a retrofit with a projector from a car that came with HID.

I know that either OEM hid or retrofitting is the proper way to go but...

Does anybody know of any ~$300 ebay plug-and-play kits that won't put out too much glare on the tC?

And also what temp would be the best that I don't get pulled over by cops? I hear 4300-4700k is yellowish-white, 5000k white, 6000k whiteish-blue (probably out of the question). Mostly I'm considering 4300k-5000k.
